1. He said that they are both different and that makes the two of them equal. That is their bond.

On number 2 it is about a quote Equality said not a book. He was saying about error in thought of men.
Delete#1: that they don't have to do nothing that they can just set and enjoy fresh air and they have nothing to do with life.

1) Equality say the bond between them is joy. The reason he says that is because since they are together and don`t have to worry about evil. One other reason is that they have no danger in solitude.

When they are around each other they are filled with a happy feeling and when they are not together they are constantly thinking of one another.
